Donald has worked in the care profession since the 1980s, having initially qualified in nursing.
He has enjoyed a long and varied career in the NHS and private sector, starting with his first care in the care home sector in 1982, where he worked for various organisations and charities.
He joined Gibson’s Lodge as its Registered Manager in 2021 and has continued to lead a team who delivers exceptional care to residents.
